Subject: [PATCH] Revert "Update name in setup.cfg"

This reverts commit f817f1b0f5ba610e40aafdc7fac6c8f3b95840f5.

My bad - I mistakenly asked John to merge this old review and
it turns out that the naming convention has changed since
the review was created and the existing name is correct.
