Ildiko Vancsa d456c0eb2f Adding Saul Wold as Distro PL to projects.yaml 
During the recent elections we didn't have a valid candidate
for the Distro PL position. Saul Wold has recently volunteered
to fill the position and this patch adds him to the projects.yaml
file to register the change.
