Ildiko Vancsa fb8c23fa2f Updating TSC member list after 2022 H2 elections 
This patch updates the list of TSC members with the results of the
recently ended elections.

The patch also removes Mingyuan Qi as he resigned from the TSC a
little before the elections kicked off.
