Paul-Emile Element 1d9f594147 Add linux screen package to controllers 
This is an enhancement request to add the screen package to
controller nodes

This specific modification prevents the screen package from being installed
on other nodes (compute or storage)
The screen package is added in another commit
(see https://review.openstack.org/#/c/595249/)
