Eric MacDonald 24fec657a7 Make hbsClient more RT friendly ... This update lowers the hbsClient process RT priority from 99 to 45 and enhances its event driven select base receive messaging interface with non-blocking sockets. Update also removes a few stale define and ifdef blocks.
