Update stx-oidc-client to version stx.9.0-v1.0.7 

Test Plan:

PASS - On IPv6 AIO-SX and on IPv4 AIO-DX + 1 worker, applied OIDC app
and executed a functional test, getting a token through "oidc-auth". Pod
restart triggered by secret-observer was also tested.
