Davi Frossard 9050806c92 base-bullseye: upversion qemu 7.2 ... Remove qemu dummy-package. This package was only added to solve the dependency removed by https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/metal/+/902443 Test Plan: PASS - Build qemu package. PASS - Build/install image on AIO-SX. PASS - Verify qemu package is installed in the system.
