This reverts commit f817f1b0f5.
My bad - I mistakenly asked John to merge this old review and
it turns out that the naming convention has changed since
the review was created and the existing name is correct.

Update name variable in setup.cfg to be the project name (stx-distcloud-client).
This is so the string above the left nav renders the correct project name
for docs and release notes (consistent with other stx projects).
