REST API doc update for interface and network
Updated the REST API documentation for the following tables: Interfaces Interface Networks Address Pools Tests performed: tox generate html outputs using 'tox -e api-ref' view html outputs on a browser Story: 2003087 Task: 28983 Change-Id: I6196102102aed655e49644e5b525855de907b686 Signed-off-by: Teresa Ho <teresa.ho@windriver.com>
