Based on lab testing, need to set per host config option libvirt/live_migration_inbound_addr to an IP instead of hostname based address as nova-compute pod can't translate the host address. Setting will be primary infra address if it exists or else primary management address. This may require further revision to support IPv6 addresses. Goal is to enable further integration testing in the near term. We can move back to a hostname based address when that becomes available.
