Joseph Richard 04175e5367 Add separate resolv file for kubelet ... This commit adds a separate resolv file ("/etc/resolv.conf.k8s") to be used by kubelet, which only contains a public dns server, so should avoid any loops with coredns. Once /etc/resolv.conf is automatically updated with the cluster IP, /etc/resolv.conf.k8s should be managed by sysinv/puppet, and contain only the user-specified nameservers.
