SidneyAn 4f406285e4 update nfv-vim puppet runtime manifests and config files ... nfvi would raise openstack alarms/logs to the fm in pods, when it is availiable. following configure changes are required: 1. add "fault_mgmt_plugin_disabled" para in vim config file.
