Chris Friesen f5cdd21bc5 Change default pod tolerations to 30sec ... By default, pods will get a toleration of 300 seconds for the notReady:NoExecute and unreachable:NoExecute taints. This is excessively long for our purposes. This commit changes the commandline args for kube-apiserver to use 30 seconds for each of these instead to get a faster response time.
