albailey 20774e10e9 Updating API docs for dcmanager commands 
Aligns the API doc with its current functionality.

 - Splits the examples (requests and responses)
into their own json files.

 - Splits parameters and result fields into a parameters.yaml
file to simplify shared fields between APIs.

 - Several APIs actually return 200 for delete rather than 204

 - Converted 'Patch' to 'Software Update' when referring
to the variety of update types supported.

 - Added missing fields. ex: extra-args for strategies.

 - Updated responses to include new sync status fields.
