Code Issues Proposed changes

Upgrade Trident to 23.04.0 version. 

Update version of Trident to 23.04.0 to keep compatibility with
version 1.26 of k8s. Supports k8s from 1.24 to 1.26.

Test Plan:
PASS: Tested Trident 23.04.0 installation and communication with
Netapp simulator.
