Bump version for pxe-network-installer package 

Bump version for package pxe-network-installer to include
the HPE Synergy firmware into initrd.

Test Plan:
   PASS: Build pxe-network-installer and verify if it got
         version bumped.

Story: 2010046
Task: 45525
