Don Penney 047c424daa Update loci to latest version in build-stx-images.sh ... The build-stx-images.sh utility references a fixed loci SHA in order to isolate the image builds from tool churn. A recent update to virtualenv has broken loci builds, as described here: http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-discuss/2019-February/002592.html This update sets the loci SHA to the commit that addresses this issue.
