Scott Little 12494275f6 doc: Fix Zuul/tox failures
This commit resolves the Zuul/tox failures encountered when running
sphinx to generate documentation, which in turn prevents merging
changes that are otherwise fine:

The issue is related to a Sphinx update that requires the language
parameter to be specified:
      https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/10062
      https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/10474

StarlingX Test repository for manual and automated test cases.

Contribute

  • Clone the repo
  • Gerrit hook needs to be added for code review purpose.
# Generate a ssh key if needed
ssh-keygen -t rsa -C "<your email address>"
ssh-add $private_keyfile_path
