Luis Sampaio 71a9f05c9e Add large patch and restart-failure patch 
Add an option to build a large patch by using
--type=large and also another inservice patch
which uses the restart-failure script.

Test Plan:
Pass: ./build_test_patches.py --software-version \
"${SW_VERSION}" --inservice --requires
Pass: ./build_test_patches.py --software-version \
"${SW_VERSION}" --type kernel
Pass: ./build_test_patches.py --software-version \
"${SW_VERSION}" --type large
Pass: build patches
Pass: validate metadata content
