StarlingX Horizon plugins for new StarlingX services

Fernando Theirs b7bd6ddd7a Download openrc file for subclouds ... This change sets adminURL as secondary endpoint. When trying to download openrc file for subcloud-N, it is only allowed to use adminURL endpoint. Since publicURL is used by default, it is necessary to go to fallback option.
