StarlingX build source tree root

Don Penney badbbb39c9 Remove update-iso.sh from starlingx/root repo ... The update-iso.sh utility has been moved to starlingx/utilities as utilities/platform-util/scripts/update-iso.sh and packaged for the controller. This update removes it from starlingx/root.
